We loved our stay! The pool is a fun time! Swim up bar and activities. The beach has the blockades in the water, so it’s easy to swim. The food options were alright. We ate at all the restaurants. I’d say the buffet was an upgrade from some other places I’ve stayed. Just ask for salt and pepper, makes such a difference! The panini machine was top notch! The breakfast across from the buffet was great! Ala carte. They also have a late night taqueria most nights- taco bar! Hell yeah! I really don’t have a complaint. Tip the pool servers-and Ask them to help find a lounger! They will! We never got up early to save a chair!

The property was good for the price. The food is ok. The fish house was the best place to eat. The taco place for breakfast was good. But thought the food could of been better. The pool was big but you have to get there early to get a spot. The beach is nice and is just steps from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were very nice and clean.

Rooms were always clean and staff was very courteous. My only complaints were that the buffet did not have much variety and it did not taste well as well as the other restaurants. The staff at all 3 restaurants were amazing but the food was NOT. The hotel was kid friendly but did needed more support at the pool and beach. It would take a long time to get drinks while lounging. I was not happy that room service was an extra charge on all inclusive resort. Location was good. Nearby the marina and a lot of restaurants. My overall experience was good but would not return in the future.

The pool was great, plenty of seating. House keeping was amazing. Checking in was one of the worst, very busy and slow only 2 working, got to the room they put us in the first night, which was not the room we booked because they over booked, and the key wouldn't let us in and the room was dirty; floors not swept, someone else saver in the bathroom. After we moved the next day the room was great, clean and great view. The housekeeper for this room was amazing. People at the customer service desk were very helpful and location was great.
