"Our second time visiting this resort. The staff is amazing. The rooms are old and dated but you don’t spend a lot of time in there so doesn’t bother me. The buffet has lots of options. The restaurants are delicious. Quick bus ride to the malecon to enjoy some local sights and eats. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff is what makes this property exceptional—especially Gaby and Antonio, who work in the pool area. They remembered our names and made us feel genuinely welcomed each day. The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, so a few facilities, including one of the large restaurants, were temporarily closed. Note, that PV is a party destination and while staying anywhere you are exposed to loud music into the evening."

"We had a great stay. Great resort, loved the location and food was great. Pools was the perfect temperature, and we had a great time with our 3 year old daughter. We had a room where the bathroom had a very strange chemical sticky smell. It was a busy time at the report, but the staff was great and helped to get us a new room. They were very nice and gave us a complimentary cabana. Would definitely go back for our next trip"
