All the staff were very friendly and professional. Good selection dining options and beverages at reasonable prices. Beautiful sunset evenings on the beach. Good for whale watching too. The infinity pool was well maintainted and great for swimming and relaxing. The large hot tub was very invigorating.

Esmeralda at the check-in counter has excellent customer service skills! She was helpful, conscientious and knowledgeable. The service staff was great. The facility is run down and in need of a major upgrade, repairs and maintenance. The room had a bad smell of unclean ductwork and the ventilation was not satisfactory. The room got very humid at night. The property itself was a let down as it was very dated and not well maintained. The food was subpar and the only saving grace was the enthusiastic serving staff - all of whom were great.

The resort and property is fantastic. The only negative was the room type we reserved was not available. And we would have had to move the next day. We decide not to and the manager apologized and worked to make it right.
