Great stay at Buena Ventura Grand!! The staff is super professional, friendly, catered to our every need!! Miguel amd Victor are amazing attentive bartenders! my friends and i stayed here for a week and everything was so good. staff was so nice. ramon was the sweetest and this other worker at the buffet was really good too! i didn’t get his name but he came searching for me after i got up so he could get me the drink i wanted. my friends and i are 22, 23 and we thought we wouldn’t like it bc it was more family oriented and older group but we didn’t really care in the end because overall the experience was great.

Our little family of four that includes two (4 and 7 y.o.) children, really did enjoy our stay. Clean, safe, and the staff was always willing to help. Our biggest challenge was the non-transparency of the information provided for times of exactly which places to eat were opened and if minors were allowed, or you have to be on your game early in the day to try and get a reservation made for certain restaurants on the premises. That became very frustrating when trying to keep the kids patient that had hungry appetites needing to be calmed! The point of an all-inclusive is NOT to have to buy snacks outside the resort to keep the hungry cubs at bay! My suggestion to the management: use your funds to have daily billboards AND in room info of exactly what everyone is ALLOWED to go do, eat, and when!!

A hotel can be a hotel anywhere in the world, but its staff is what really sets it apart. The staff at Buenaventura Grand is the best I've seen. Everyone you ask a question to greets you with a smile and it is noted that they are happy to be there.
