Pros: Good location, away from tourists, across the street from a wonderful restaurant Juan Tiburon. Cons: Not a hotel, more of a hostel. There was a cockroach in the hall way, the bathroom was dirty. I received a message at 10am saying that check-out was at 11am, even though Travelocity has it advertised as noon check-out. (Only reason I booked it) My mother and I ended up leaving at 11:30 feeling rushed.

Very dissatisfied I lost my 1st night I don't have access this is hostal is not hotel I call 3 diferent numbers and no body responds I have to walk a way and pay another hotel terrible service not coming back and I don't recommend to come here

La habitación estaba limpia, solo no había plancha como lo indica en la descripción, las amenidades son compartidas no propias de cada habitación, en general el lugar es muy cómodo, si no fuera por qué no había agua caliente en la regadera diría que es excelente..sin duda me volvería a hospedar en casa Vallarta..☺️☺️
