I will rate the hotel 6/10 overall. They have their pros and cons. Pros •Sandy, was a nice and wonderful receptionist. She was able to help us with sorting our room on time. • I had a room with two queen beds (even though the bed looked more like a full bed) but it was comfortable. • I had the oceanfront room and it was great • The rooms were always cleaned on time and sometimes twice a day (exceptional work) •The fridge in the room was always restocked • unlimited drinks in the hotel • The steakhouse was the only good option for dinner • About 5 pools in the hotel (Great) • The lobby had one of the best scent in any of the hotels I have even visited. •The spa area was beautiful setup and relaxing. Cons •The bathroom had a bad smell when you put on the vent, which we complained about but nothing was done •Dinner options was not the best •Buffet options for breakfast and lunch didn't have varities of good food options. • Snack options had flavorless snacks and limited varieties. Overall I like the hotel but I will not visit again due to lack of good food options.

If you’re looking for a Murphy’s Law vacation experience, this is the place for you. Sensira oversold the dates that we were there and had no operational strategy in place. 3,000+ guests and not nearly the staff to accommodate. I booked a room with two beds; we were given a room with one bed and told there was nothing they could do. There were three of us. 2 hour waits for lunch, only one bar open during the day leading to 30+ minute wait for anything other than water, pool towel restrictions (a family of 3 but you couldn’t get more than 2 pool towels), incredibly slow dinner service (2+ hours for basic meals), none of the hospitality services advertised (no butler, concierge, generally anyone to handle questions), room service orders denied due to “too many requests”. This happened every night. Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, generally dirty facilities, dirty restaurants; we saw a cockroach at breakfast and reported to a busboy who grabbed another busboy so that they could laugh together at the cockroach, then walked away. No one ever removed it from the restaurant. All three of us have Celiac disease; there were no accommodations. Prior reviews highlight gluten free options at the buffet; there were none. I informed the concierge of our allergies ahead of arrival; no one ever responded. When I asked about gluten free options on our first day I was laughed at. The overall sentiment of the staff, when you could find someone, was “not my problem” Go literally anywhere else.

Check-in was very frustrating and took hours. There was no proper organization, and no one showed us the way to our room. After such a long wait, we were simply handed the keys without guidance — it felt chaotic and poorly managed. The buffet situation was also unacceptable. There was only one buffet open, so we had to wait in long lines just to get in. In addition, we constantly had to wait in line at the bars just to get drinks. It was clear that there was not enough staff to handle the number of guests. Service was very slow throughout the resort. To make matters worse, two of our friends got food poisoning during our stay, which was very concerning and completely ruined their vacation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

All of it. Your hotel is not very accommodating to people with special requirements to survive like sensitivities to specific things like foods and scented toilet paper. You have unscented in public restrooms, but refused to help me out and as a courtesy gives me the unscented one hardly understood English when asking what someone’s allergic to brought me raw food multiple times that was unable to eat. Dessert was lacking, major sweetness it was very bland fruit and vegetables were almost un edible for me because they were either not cooked correctly or soaked in oil or fried. I was not told upon arrival not to use the sink water to brush my teeth very poor water pressure the incapability of leaving room service in the room when someone is not answering the door is ridiculous. The beach was covered in litter, which I found to be extremely disgusting so much plastic and very harmful for animals. I saw your staff begging people to give up their towels at the pool one of your staff made me buy something that was 10 bucks because it fell on the floor and broke, even though I was already purchasing the same item. I’ve never had someone do that to me. I just didn’t find your resort to be very helpful in any manner when trying to accommodate one of your guests I felt very uncomfortable my entire trip and then I come home to ending up having dysentery because of the water in your hotel because you did not inform us it was unsafe so overall, I did not enjoy my vacation at all.

I guess this might sound too good to be true, but my family and I had a wonderful time. We wouldn’t change a thing. My eight year old grandson said he would like the gift shop to be in the all inclusive! Ha ha. Other than that, he also would make no changes! Keep up the good work! 🙏☮️😎

This is definitely a family resort. Would not recommend for people wanting a quiet relaxing getaway. Food was very inconsistent. Breakfast 8/10, lunch 7/10 dinner 5/10. Ala carte restaurants were a pain to get into. Italian was good but very inconsistent food quality. Steak house was good but really hard to get a reservation. Mexican restaurant was not good at all. They seemed understaffed everywhere and not prepared with people or food at anytime. Bar service was frustrating. Always major line ups. Once again not staffed. Swim up bar was never open. Rooms were fine but inconsistent cleaning. Mini bar was only stocked 2 times in the seven days. Always had to go to the desk for water. Would not be on our list to go back.

The property itself is truly five stars, but unfortunately some services fell short. The overall structure is very good, the location is nice, the space is beautiful, the rooms are well maintained, and suite housekeeping service was good. However, regarding the overall services at the resort, we found the food options to be limited, especially at the main buffet, which is the only option for breakfast and lunch. There were few choices, and the food was consistently cold. By far the biggest issue during our stay was the waiting times. We had to line up for almost everything at the resort. There were 40 minutes waiting time for both check in and check out, lines every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the entire week, and if you went to get beach towels after 9 am you had to wait 30 to 40 minutes as well. We constantly felt stressed instead of relaxed. In addition to the long waits, we often saw several tables available, but cleaning service was slow because the same staff responsible for cleaning tables were also serving guests, which created confusion and delays. On multiple occasions, we also witnessed staff being rude to guests. It was clear that everyone was stressed due to the overall disorganization and long waits, but instead of improving the situation, it often made the experience even more frustrating.

I rarely write reviews, but this stay left me feeling completely disappointed. The hotel itself is beautiful — the property is well-designed, clean, and has all the potential to offer a great experience. Unfortunately, the management completely undermines what could have been a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the hotel was constantly running out of basic essentials. Towels? Frequently unavailable. Coffee? Often empty. The better food options at the buffet? Gone early and never replenished. Even simple things like coffee cup lids were consistently missing. For a hotel of this caliber, this is unacceptable. The pool situation was equally frustrating. If you didn’t wake up early and claim a chair by placing a towel on it before breakfast, there was absolutely nowhere to sit. It created unnecessary stress and competition among guests instead of a relaxing atmosphere. The food was another major letdown. While there appeared to be variety, most of it was bland and uninspired. Again, this feels like a management issue — cutting corners in ways that are very noticeable to guests. I do want to acknowledge the staff. Every employee we interacted with was kind, polite, and doing their best. However, they are clearly overworked and stretched too thin. The problem is not the frontline staff — it’s the management and overall organization. It’s incredibly frustrating because this hotel could be amazing. The facilities are there. The staff care. staff was wonderful but entire resort was understaffed. 3 year old son suffered serious injury in trampoline park and no additional padding was ever added. resort medic was not trained. sheets, duvet covers and face cloths were not provided.

Our stay was very disappointing. The check-in process was slow and frustrating, and we were not guided to our room upon arrival. Throughout the stay, we faced consistently long lines for food, drinks, and basic services, which significantly reduced the quality of our experience. During our time at the hotel, both my spouse and I became ill and did not feel adequately supported by the staff. This further impacted our ability to enjoy the trip.
