Neighbourhood overview
Please note that La Vista Azul is NOT located in Grace Bay. The condo is in the lovely Turtle Cove neighbourhood, which has some amazing restaurants/bars/cafes, a marina, a beautiful beach and fabulous snorkelling. It is however a very easy 10 minute drive to get to Grace Bay if you want to visit. If you are feeling adventurous, you can even walk the entire way along the beach.

Our home offers you a place to vacation in luxury without paying the Grace Bay prices. The money you save will more than cover a car rental for all or part of your stay, so that you can explore some of the many incredible places Providenciales has to offer, including: - Taylor Bay - Sapodilla Bay - Chalk Sound - Long Bay - Pelican beach - Leeward Beach - Coral Gardens - Take the ferry to North & Middle Caicos and many more wonderful adventures!
If you don't rent a bicycle or a car, you are really missing out on all the magical places providenciales has to offer.

Getting around
There is no public transport on Providenciales. There are taxis, but to get the most out of your stay we highly recommend you rent a car, for at least part of your trip. It is very reasonable to do so, and it gives you the flexibility to explore everything the Island has to offer.

Lovely Stay In Turtle Cove

We stayed in this marvellous apartment in Turtle Cove for 10 days in January. The accommodation was perfect for us.It is situated in Vista Azul which is quiet apartment complex with 2 lovely sundecks with pools just one floor up from the apartment. The views are stunning. There is also a hot tub and a gym which we didn't use. There are some great restaurants a short walk away and the car rental place (Scooter Bobs) is just around the corner. The Grace Bay area is a short drive away as is the supermarket. The local beach is a 5 minute walk. You can snorkel just off the beach. We really couldn't fault our stay.The owner Gemma was extremely helpful and always responded rapidly to any queries. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this apartment.

Excellent Experience

We were here for two weeks and loved it!! The condo was very clean, comfortable, exactly as described and located a short, safe walk from several restaurants and beaches. Even the nearby car rental company Scooter Bob’s was great to deal with. Communication with the owner was amazing as Gemma usually responded within minutes. We can’t wait for our return visit!

Great View and Close to the Beach

Wonderful location right by the beach with great snorkeling however the neighborhood is not so great. Gated parking and safety of the property is great. Unit was clean and nicely furnished but needed some repairs and updates we would definitely stay here again!!!

Great walkable location

We had two families staying in two units and we really enjoyed the property. We usually had the pool to ourselves in the afternoon and it was shaded which was nice. We were able to walk to several snorkeling and dining locations. We really appreciated the additional beach gear provided. Definitely would come back!

Beautiful, just as pictured!

We loved our time at this beautiful condo. It was immaculately clean and well-equipped for visitors. The check in could not have been easier, and Gemma responded to any question we had within minutes. The balcony was especially luxurious, and we felt so lucky to be able to step outside and enjoy the beautiful view. We didn't have time to take advantage of the many, many amenities included like beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool noodles, etc. but it was so generous to have them available for guests. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved our week at La Vista Azul

We fell in love with the view shown in pictures and it did not disappoint. The location is a short distance by car from Grace Bay. We walked to Somewhere Cafe on the Beach most days and rented chairs and umbrellas- great and lively place. Communication with owner was easy and she was SUPER responsive. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others.

Beautiful View & Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I returned from our vacation to the Turks and Caicos last week. The condo at La Vista Azul was perfect and just as pictured. We enjoyed the view from the veranda everyday. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything I needed. The resort was quiet, and once we became familiar with the area; we found restaurants, beaches, grocery stores; etc. all were very convenient. Gemma's suggestions were all very helpful too. We also enjoyed the pool during the day and at night. The grounds and landscaping at the resort are beautiful.

Tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Stunning view. Everything also supplied for a day on the beach including snorkeling equipment! The owner was prompt to reply to any questions and made it a vacation to remember. Great location - after exploring the whole island we found the local beach to be our favorite: quiet, good swimming and snorkeling. Great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Wonderful stay at La Vista Azul

We just wanted to say that this place is better then the pictures show. Wonderful views of the ocean, clean and spacey unit. Resort is walkable to some of the best restaurants in Turks and Caicos. Short walk to the beach. Can't beat the price. Will Stay here again!

Amazing Views and Best Snorkelling

We loved the condo! It was very spacious for a family of 4! It has beautiful views and both pools are a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The snorkelling at Smith Reef was amazing we saw so many things from sea turtles, puffer fish, barracuda and stingray to name a few!! Gemma was also very helpful with everything! She gave us so much information before we arrived as well as during our trip...we had a couple minor things and she responded and fixed them up very quick! We loved it here and would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

Beautiful place to stay, wonderful host!!!

My 7 year old daughter and I had an amazing stay at Gemma's place. I can't say enough about Gemma as a host! She was incredibly responsive, and answered all my emails very quickly. She was extremely helpful, providing suggestions for activities to do on the island, beaches to visit and places to eat. She has a great knowledge of the island and all her recommendations were spot on. About a month before our trip she emailed me a whole packet with general information about the island, maps to grocery stores, links to restaurants, information about rental cars. etc... She also provides a contact on the island who can help out if needed, which is very reassuring. The condo itself is beautiful both inside and outside. The deck has an amazing view, and is a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. There are two great pools, just a short flight of steps up from the condo, one for families and one for adults only, both with great deck areas and plenty of chairs/umbrellas. Gemma provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and two sets of snorkel equipment. The condo is a short walk to Smith's Reef and a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to Coral Gardens reef which is great for beginner snorkelers. As others have mentioned, I highly recommend renting a car (we had a great experience renting from Scooter Bob's) for at least part of the time, because there are so many beautiful beaches to explore. I was happy to be away from the more busy beaches of Grace Bay, but within a 10 minute drive. The condo is also very close to the location of the Thursday Fish Fry, which is a must do! All in all a great place to stay, with an awesome host!

Great Stay

My wife and I loved Gemma's condo. While it isn't located on the main stretch of Grace Bay it is a short drive to all the restaurants and shops of Grace Bay. We really enjoyed being away from the majority of the vacationers. There are a few restaurants located within walking distance, Mango Reef and Magnolia Wine Bar are beyond excellent. The unit is located within a short 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful beach which is basically private and to yourself. Everything we needed is provided in the condo. I would highly recommend renting a car and do some exploring around the island. Thanks Gemma for sharing your wonderful place with us, we hope to be back soon!

Our family of four (two adults and two ‘Tweenagers’) had a fantastic time staying in this unit at La Vista Azul. Gemma, the owner, was an outstanding host to us. Everything disclosed in the description of the unit on HomeAway was accurate and surprisingly understated of the beauty and comfort of the unit. The condo complex is centrally located to everythIng on the island. The views from the balcony of the ocean are stunning. The convenience of being able to shop for groceries nearby was very appreciated. Any questions we had prior to or during our stay was handled with expediency and great care by Gemma. Our entire stay was wonderful. Not only would I absolutely recommend a visit to the beautiful island of Providenciales, I would absolutely recommend to anyone that they stay in this unit hosted by Gemma!

Great Condo

We stayed here with our 2 teenage children and had plenty of space. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated--exactly as seen in photos. Weeks prior to our arrival, Gemma emailed directions to the condo along with very detailed descriptions of restaurants, activities, and maps to grocery stores on the island. Once we arrived, the welcome Binder gave further information on use of/where to find things within the condo. These were a great reference. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, utensils, small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee maker, electric water kettle, etc), and propane grill on the veranda. The veranda is huge and adequately furnished with 2 deep seats a coffee table, and a lounger, as well as a small table for outdoor eating. Sea Dreams is located in the La Vista Azul resort. The entire property is beautifully maintained. We always felt safe on property and in the surrounding neighborhood. There are 2 pools, a family pool (heated), an adults only pool, and a hot tub. There are also a few shops, a gelato shop, Simone's bar and grill, and a spa on the property. The property is within in walking (10min walk per google maps) or biking distance to the beach (Smith's reef). There is a cooler bag, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and snorkeling gear available for use in the condo. There are also a several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Mango Reef near the marina. The only problem we encountered was that we were unable to locate the bedding for the pull out sofa bed. We falsely assumed that the bedding was already placed on the bed in anticipation of our arrival. When we pulled the bed out at 9pm, there were no sheets. We contacted Reyna, the island contact, and she came right away and provided us with the bedding. We had an amazing time on the island, and at Sea Dreams. We would absolutely rent this condo again!
