Stunning Villa Osprey
Villa Osprey is a beautiful home with stunning views of the ocean. The villa is very well equipped and we really enjoyed the swim deck and the kayaks. The villa is very tastefully decorated and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Given it’s location, a rental car is highly recommended as there are so many gorgeous beaches and places to explore. The booking and check in process were easy and seamless and we were very grateful to have been welcomed by the team at our car rental. We had a truly memorable stay at Villa Osprey and look forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Property - Peaceful and Relaxing
We loved our stay at the property. Stunning grounds with great views and many areas to sit and read, drink coffee/wine and enjoy the amazing water and breeze. Pool and jacuzzi were top notch and the kayaks were a nice addition. Rooms and beds were comfortable and the AC worked great (it was hot!).
Make sure you go down by the dock at night and enjoy the moon light on the ocean.
Simply a wonderful property for couples and friends.
Few areas to work on:
1. The concierge was nice but did a rush job checking us in. She could have taken the time to show us where the drop box for the key was, how to set the alarm, work the AC units, TV, sound system, outside fans, lighting, etc. Lots to figure out.
2. Could use better cookware for electric stove.

Great House!!!
The house is setup perfectly for family or friends. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Kitchen is perfect size for everyone to gather with BBQ & Pool right outside the kitchen and great room. We enjoyed the pool, spa and took advantage of the dock for awesome views and swimming. We only booked two excursions as we so enjoyed just being together at the house!! I have to say the house is a little ways from Grace Bay where most of the restaurants and shopping are, but we had a rental van and didn't mind making a few trips.

Beautiful property
The outside areas are the stars of this property. The location on the hill above the water makes for constantly spectacular views. The patio has sunny, partially shaded, and fully shaded areas at all times of the day. The pool is a good size, there's a separate baby pool for those with small children, and it is easy to hop back and forth between the pool and hot tub. The light-colored sandstone paving never burns your feet. The gazebo provides a comfortable, breezy area to sit and stare out at the ocean. It was also nice to sit down on the swim platform in the morning when it was shaded by the high rock wall and listen to the water crashing against the rocks. A set of metal stairs provides easy access to the ocean from the swim deck. The house was clean and comfortable, but we spent very few of our waking hours inside.

Such an Incredibly cool and super private rental!
Just returned after spending a week here at Osprey with my husband to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I absolutely Nailed It with this rental. This home is SO insanely private. We enjoyed resting in the sunshine around the pool without being able to see any other property. And my favorite spot was the gazebo out on the cliff point!!!! So Gorgeous, and so private... just sitting out there by ourselves soaking in that Turquoise Therapy. The ocean just seemed to wrap around that gazebo.... so ridiculously beautiful. The pool and hot tub were so Clean, and the pool was "over our heads" deep which was super nice. The pool maintenance guys came by one day to service the pool, so clearly it is well maintained. I loved swimming off my own private dock into the ocean. I snorkeled and swam soooooo farrrrr off to both the East and to the West of our dock. Found 6 starfish, a sea biscuit, and a countless myriad of colorful reef fish. just so gorgeous out there. No Dangerous current at all. Just peaceful clear swimming. There were 2 kayaks on the dock but we never took them out. AC worked incredibly well everywhere in the house. It was so nice to have separate units in each room so that we could just cool the rooms we needed. We kept the 2 main bedrooms cooled down the entire week, but enjoyed having the main living room "Open Air" with the doors wide open our entire stay. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat. We got a rental car and had a blast driving on the Left side of the road all week. Much easier than you'd think to drive on the Left. We never felt unsafe anywhere! Everyone we met was ridiculously nice all over the island. Such a truly amazing vacation rental. I totally nailed it for our anniversary.
