My room was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in and they refused to have housekeeping coming into my room for the whole time. I was there four days three nights. The staff was obnoxious. It is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve driven across the country and stayed in hotels everywhere this is the worst. I’m going to call the Department of Health the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can get in touch with. You should take this hotel off of your site because it’s a bad l look

Forget the name of the young man when I checked in and out however, he was the most pleasant in all the years that I have stayed there. Also, the cleaning staff is very noisy early in the morning.

Room had roaches, I stayed three nights and they never came to change garbage or towels had to go to front desk every day for towels, sheets were like sandpaper and reeked of bleach had to by a pillow and blanket so I could sleep in bed first night slept in chair because got a rash from sheets. On the last day was eating breakfast and a roach crawlef across plate. The worst experience ever

While the breakfast was clean and well stocked, we never got our room cleaned for the three nights we were there. We were told that we needed to request it, but when we did, the housekeeper came by and we told her we were leaving in a hour and to come back. It was never cleaned. In addition, the building itself was in need of repair and updating.

I would like to give a five star rating for the desk host named Noelle. She was cheery and helpful, always greeting with a smile. The other desk staff were OK. The room was just OK as I was put in the basement because I have a dog. However, the surrounding areas to walk my dog were wonderful. But you had to go off of the property a bit to get to that because the doggy station on the property was disgusting. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay (for the price) for a few days but I definitely wouldn’t want to stay there long-term.

Shuttle driver declined to come to the airport. The staff in very kind. The facility is old, tired; needs refreshing. I don't eat breakfast, but guests were overheard complimenting "Janet" about how good the food was. She was working hard to clean after the dining room closed. June and Harry, who work the front desk, were very kind and helpful.

The sign on the front door reads "No Dogs Allowed" and THEN goes on to talk about a fine if not "Check-In" at desk. Their lack of English finesse and under resourced sense of humanity are just awful. Don't stay here under any circumstances.

I liked the location because near to airport. Very dissatisfied because no one cleaned the room. Also requested a wake up call for Sunday morning, No one called me I would have missed my 7:00am flight but I had a small alarm clock with me.
