AC didn’t work both nights we were there. Staff was belittling when we mentioned it the first time. Second time they told us someone would be but there. Third time they again said someone would be to there. Never came. Called and they never answered. Finally had to go down all the stairs from 5th floor since elevator wasn’t working

Our stay was great and we all had a great time in Rhode Island. Continental breakfast was not included with our stay which I’ve never witnessed before so we went out to eat instead. The room was fabulous and fit all our needs. I would recommend the Hyatt to friends and family.

Heat did not work, no bath towels were provided. When I notified the staff, they basically said there was nothing they could do about the heat and to come downstairs to collect the bath towels. They were completely useless, from check-in to check-out.
