VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort - All Inclusive
Room was clean. Stuff is very friendly. Hotel is old Hotel. I found only one outlet with two plugs. Also was loose. Water in the shower room 3309 , you cannot adjust to the warm water. It was or too cold or hot water. Overall nice beach A lots of space to accommodate everyone.

Food was delicious. Staff are very friendly and always available to assist. Only little hiccups are the rooms are a bit outdated and small plumbing issues but it was fixed.

They have excellent service. The staff is lovely. The food is great. I loved the beach, although the waves are huge, so people need to be careful, especially with kids. Overall, I had a great experience at this resort, with a great price and excellent service.
