Room is clean, but very outdated, staff great, property in excellent condition. Food was HORRIBLE, overstayed here before and that’s the only reason I booked to come back. And this time was very disappointed. A lot of the food was cold, not a variety of food. Could of been better that is why I gave 3 stars

They have excellent service. The staff is lovely. The food is great. I loved the beach, although the waves are huge, so people need to be careful, especially with kids. Overall, I had a great experience at this resort, with a great price and excellent service.

The initial room I was assigned was filthy and smelled strongly of sewage. After complaining, I was moved to another room, which was marginally better but still felt unclean. Staff showed little interest in guest experience and seemed primarily focused on selling timeshares. Guest Services were rarely available, and when they were, they were dismissive and ineffective. The food was consistently poor and inedible. This property does not meet even the most basic standards of a hotel. It felt like a mass-processing operation rather than a place focused on hospitality.

The staff were the best thing. Very attentive and always there to help out. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our check in was 30 minutes late, and the food subpar. The specialty restaurants were subpar and the food was ok-ish.
