The upper floor includes four bedrooms and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, while the ground floor offers the fifth bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, darts, and a PlayStation 4.
Outside, the front yard boasts a 52m² private heated pool with a whirlpool and a pool house with a cozy lounge and outdoor shower. The outdoor kitchen, complete with an Ofyr grill and dining table, is perfect for enjoying meals in the open air.
Private parking for up to 3 vehicles is conveniently located at the main entrance.
