"The house was very nice and very clean. The location was great. The host was welcoming. The step coming from the porch into the house is too high and a tripping problem; that might be addressed before someone really hurts themselves. All in all, a house I'd consider returning to."

"Sarah is very responsive to communication. This was our second stay at this special cabin. We love the location, the drive in to cabin and the privacy. The beds are comfortable and the whole cabin offers coziness and charm! Even though it was a tad chilly, my sisters and I loved cuddling up on the screened in porch to watch the sun rises over the lake. We will be back!!!"

"This property was all and more we could have expected. Starting with unique decor through out the house, each room had its own individual identity but all blended together. From the pristine table settings to the wall art or the individual tea cups on the bed. It did take us a bit to find the hot tub , come to find out it was located in the garage, and relaxing it was. One of the best kept secrets was the second bedroom had a king bed, that made two kings and two queen , the most comfortable bed ever. I would highly recommend this property, close to Penn Yan and plenty of wineries. 5 stars! "
