The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind. Especially, the sales manager Yiannis is incredibly nice and attentive to customers. I was surprised by his kindness and his quick response in resolving any issues. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again when I visit Prague.

This hotel is conveniently located and you can walk pretty much everywhere. The staff is nice and helpful and rooms are speciius although a it run down. We did not find the bedroom very comfortable. I would use it again if prices are not too high

Just back from a three night stay at the icon Prague. Lovely modern hotel close to all the city attractions. On arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe room .The room was spacious very clean and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom toiletries smelt gorgeous and we had room sevice daily. I would definitely recommend

Ideal central location which wasn't noisy at all. The road the hotel is on is quiet and within a couple minutes walk of Wenceslas Square and 10 minutes walk to the railway station. The hotel staff where all friendly and helpful.

The room was well cleaned, the staff was super nice and responsive for every request i had. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from the main square. The breakfest wad fine, but to improve i would suggest to add more stuff to the breakfest like cheese and fruits variety, reacher salad.

The hotel breakfast was excellent although they could invest in a coffee machine with more options such as espressos, cappuccino and lattes. The rooms were a bit dim for our liking, especially in the washroom. The location was excellent and close to all major attractions and easily walkable.

ICON est un hôtel super bien situé à quelques ps de marche des principales attractions. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'endroit est très calme. Excellent hotel, don’t look further!

A fabulous location in new town, situated on a quiet street and about a 5-minute walk to Wenceslas Square, 10-15min walk to Old Town, Lesser Town and about a 40minute walk to Prague Castle and a 7-minute walk to the main train station. I was looking at staying in Old Town and I’m glad I didn’t, it’s far too hectic and not easy to get around in a taxi from the airport or bus, and with cobble streets, hard to wheel the suitcase. The breakfast was also a standout, this was part of my room fee, however I would easily recommend purchasing the breakfast of it isn’t. The service, friendliness is excellent. The TV has Prime with great free movies and series in English or cheap rent movies. I highly recommend the IVON Hotel and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.
