Review of Guest Ready Domus Adapta, Furnas.
Three stars.
This VRBO unit is less charming than the picture suggests. The garden is also used by the neighboring house. Garden bench had a fallen-off backrest. On entering the unit a musty smell awaited; we needed to open doors and windows to freshen the air. The bedroom is pleasant but the bed is not. The mattress was uncomfortable as the inner springs are notable. The living room is simple and just adequate. Outlets are minimal. I tried reading my corded iPad while in the one comfortable chair but had to choose between the charger or the main light. The kitchen sink and faucet are poorly matched: the waterspout hits the sink edge but not the sink. There were only two coffee pods for two people, two nights. Bottle opener was missing. There was no welcoming sheet with info on where to get these coffee pods or other supplies. The whole created an atmosphere of indifference. We will not return. There are better places available for less money.
