Barn doors available to be opened from September to April. Keep closed from May to August. Barn open area is cooled by a 2000 sq ft mini split system which only keeps the area cooler with doors closed. Portable fans also available. Guests must be aware this area is cooled but is not identical to typical residential cooling.

Everything you need

We booked a boys trip to do some fishing on Texoma and this property caught our eye. Multiple boat ramps within a few miles. Gas, pizza and a dollar general down the road are convenient. Pottsboro and Sherman aren't far if you need to shop or dine out. The shop house itself is great, nice layout, plenty of room and plenty of things to entertain everyone. After a day on the lake Its hard to beat sitting around the firepit enjoying a few beverages.

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and location. Plenty of parking and the neighbors were great. Very close to marinas and the water. We will definitely be back!

Nice stay

The house was amazing and the area was really nice as well. The neighbors are very friendly. The beach area was a good swimming area and there are plenty of places to fish as well. The only thing was the grass in the back yard was kind of high. Over all a pleasant stay.
