A 2 bedroom, completely restored property on the shore of Loch Mealt.
This has been a labour of love for those involved in the project.
Unique in Skye. In a great place to see the Aurora Borealis if it is active.
Fully equipped kitchen:
Washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, fully integrated fridge freezer and much more including a working fire place.
Delightful views from both bedrooms and the bathroom over the loch to Kilt Rock viewpoint.
A short distance from the Quiraing and just north of the Old Man of Storr, an ideal quiet place from which to explore Skye.
A great place for families, romantic getaways, escapism!

What a lovely stay!
Great location (close to many popular hikes and not far from variety of shops), very clean and accurate to its description. We’d definitely stay here in the future! Highly recommend. :)

Beautiful property in a beautiful location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was just as pictured and extremely clean. The setting was peaceful and in a great location for the areas we wanted to explore. We loved Skye and would definitely stay here again if we go back. We loved seeing the sheep come and go near the property. Thank you for sharing your home!

Loved the location and house
The house has been beautifully renovated, but the best aspect is its location - no neighbours (other than sheep !), overlooking a loch, superbly quiet - a wonderful place to get away from it all. It is about a half hour drive north of Portree - which is a very scenic drive unto itself, and certainly worth the drive. A wonderful place to stay - we'd return anytime.

Absolutely stunning views!
This was a fabulous house. The views were amazing. Do keep in mind, it is a distance from Portree. Not too far for a visit, but not great for dinner with drinks. There was a nice little market in Staffin to grab things without heading to Portree. Best thing was being able to visit the falls across the street after the crowds have gone. We had it all to ourselves! House had all we needed, including a wonderful little chicken that stopped by daily to visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Staffin. The property is easy to find and on a quiet back road with wonderful loch views. It is fully stocked, comfortable, and clean. Everything exceeded expectations. Great location for hiking in Skye and about 25 min to Portree.

Beautiful! Peaceful cottage with ton of charm!
Not only is this cute little cottage with a tranquil location on a beautiful loch. It is located close to some Kilt Rock, Lealt Falls, Old Man of Storr and the Quinaing. Owner Ben is very friendly and responsive. We would stay again.
