On the heights of Porto-Vecchio, 7km away, rent a pretty little two-bedroom villa in a quiet residence composed of 3 mini semi-detached villas with shared heated swimming pool.

Wifi point access, property of 1500 m2, with heated swimming pool to be shared between the 3 rentals, accredited by the TOURIST OFFICE of Porto-Vecchio and by GITES DE FRANCE accommodation classified 3 * stars AND 2 EPIS.

OF Any comfort, with a pretty clear view on the mountain and a private and secure parking,
Ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, neat decoration, large terrace of 13 m2, furnished with chairs and 1 outdoor table as well as a barbecue and pergolas.
2 closed bedrooms with 1 double bed 160 cm and 2 single beds that can join together to make a 160 cm, ideal for family with 2 children and possibility with 1 additional baby with cot and highchair available, also ideal for 2 couples wanting to share location.
In a maquis setting, calm and serenity is guaranteed.
7 minutes from the beaches of St Cyprien, Cala Rossa and Benedettu. 10 mins from Pinarellu.
7 mins from Porto-Vecchio and amenities;
With a bakery in the village.
Since May 2008, we also have other mini Villas with another swimming pool (heated) "at Muriel and Pierre 1", air-conditioned, in the same place on another plot of land opposite.
A laundry room is available, private parking, playground for young and old with table tennis, swings, slide.
POSSIBILITY TO RENT in off season 5 nights minimum.
Most in the bathroom: CERAMIC STRAIGHTENER, HAIR DRYER ..
Baby equipment is provided free of charge (high chairs, baby baths, umbrella beds).
the configuration is such that each rental is independent and allows privacy and tranquility for all.
THE PLUS: HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS FOR FLOOR AND TOILET FLOORS ARE AVAILABLE IN EACH HOUSING.
The parking lot is located on the closed property.
Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures at 10 a.m. (we do our best to accommodate families with babies before 5 p.m. if their arrivals on the Island are early).
We are 7 km from the center of Porto-Vecchio, north side with easy and quick accessibility to the beaches, city center, shops and supermarkets.
We are owners on site and are available to our tenants to help them in their choice of visits and any other requests.
Bed and household linen is not provided but it can be rented for 20 € per person.
There is a final cleaning service possible by a cleaning lady but not compulsory. A cleaning deposit (60 €) is requested then returned at the end of the stay.
A deposit of € 500 for the premises is requested.
Payment is made on arrival. 30% are requested upon booking.

Vielen Dank für den traumhaften Aufenthalt. Wohnung und Außenbereich sind tadellos, es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn es mal etwas gab, das benötigt wurde oder das nicht funktionierte, würde sich in Rekordzeit darum gekümmert, und das mit einem Lächeln.Hervorragende Unterkunft, um den Süden Korsikas zu erkunden (und sich dann spätnachmittags noch im Pool zu entspannen, wo wir trotz Hauptsaison fast immer alleine waren)

Excellent souvenir de notre sejour

Un logement très fonctionnel posé dans un très joli environnement securise avec parking, coin enfant un jardin fleuri et une piscine le tout étant parfaitement entretenu. Une excellente location !

Un très bon emplacement au calme proche de tout ce qu'il y'a à voir en Corse du sud . Rien ne manque dans l'appartement et on s'y sent comme chez soit . L'agencement est parfait et convivial avec sa terrasse/jardinet , on a l'impression d’être dans une maison individuelle . Muriel nous a accueillie chaleureusement et nous a mis à l'aise pour des vacances réussies . Pour finir , la piscine chauffée fin avril à été un vrai plus appréciée par toute la famille en fin de journée . Une location vivement recommandée !

Vacances de rêve

Une location très confortable aux portes du maquis Corse. Un accueil des plus agréables par notre hôte Muriel aussi gentille que discrète pour passer un excellent séjour dans cette petite villa très fonctionnelle. On s'y sent vraiment très bien et on apprécie l'endroit très verdoyant avec une piscine très très appréciée par l'ensemble de la famille. Je recommande cette jolie location et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Super séjour près de Porto Vechio

La maison est parfaite pour une famille avec des enfants. La propreté est de mise et la maison comporte tout le matériel nécessaire. Elle est également très bien située à quelques minutes de Porto Vechio et de magnifiques plages, à 35 minutes de bonifaccio. Muriel est très accueillante et disponible. La proprio s’est rendue ultra disponible et prévenante avec nous. La piscine chauffée est toujours la bienvenue à cette époque après une belle rando en bord de mer ou en montagne, les plages environnantes sont proches et quasi désertes à la Toussaint. Superbe endroit sur les hauteurs de Porto Vecchio

Magnifique appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour serein. Nous avions un petit de 2 ans avec nous et tout le nécessaire était disponible à notre arrivée (lit parapluie, chaise haute) L’appartement était propre, spacieux, les aménagements extérieurs sont adaptés et la piscine est très bien entretenue, très grande et peut même être chauffée si besoin. L’endroit est calme, idéal pour se reposer mais reste proche de Porto Vecchio en voiture. Enfin, Muriel la gérante ainsi que ses enfants sont des personnes accueillantes, extrêmement sympathiques qui ont su donner à notre séjour le petit plus qui fait que nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir! Un séjour génial, et surtout un grand merci à Muriel pour les très bons conseils. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard, elle s'est montrée disponible pour nous indiquer les choses à faire/voir dans les environs. La propriété est très propre, la piscine est top (mes enfants de 3 et 6 ans ont passés tout le séjour dedans). Les villas sont également idéalement situés un peu à l'écart de Porto Vecchio. Bref un séjour au top, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir :)

Schicke und gut ausgestattete FeWo. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, sehr akkurate Vermieter. Schöner gepflegter Pool und große Terrasse. Guter Bäcker ist zwar im "Ort", aber 5km weit weg. Die kleinen Einschränkungen: - Internet/WLan etwas instabil - "überdachte" Terrasse, die leider komplett regendurchlässig ist - Vermieter sprechen nur französisch, sind aber sehr bemüht und mit google-translate Verständigung möglich

Nous étions avc notre petit garçon et notre bébé. C'était bien équipé pour tout le monde. Le gros plus est la piscine chauffée malheureusement le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de l'essayer. La location est située un peu sur les hauteurs. Les environs sont magnifiques Prévoir lotion anti moustique, nous en avons eu (mois de mai)

Nous avons séjournés 2 semaines dans une des nouvelles villas et nous sommes tres contents de notre premier sejour en Corse. Pourquoi aller chercher des iles paradisiaques a l'autre bout du monde quand on en a une si proche? Rien a redire sur la villa. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par Pierre et Muriel, le descriptif au telephone et sur le site est vraiment conforme, aucune mauvaise surprise. On sent que les proprietaires font tout pour que notre sejour se passe bien. Le concept de 4 villas partageant une piscine et une aire de jeux est bien pensé et ideal pour une famille de 2 ou 3 enfants. La piscine fait 8*4m, ce qui est suffisant car il y a rarement foule. La villa est toute neuve, moderne, tres fonctionnelle et spacieuse pour 4, grand canapé, climatisation aux 2 niveaux tres apreciable au mois d'Aout, parking, une terrasse exterieure ombragée, 2 machines a laver communes aux 4 villas et un petit plus pour ceux qui viennent en avion comme nous: il y a des parasols et materiel de plages mis a disposition dans la buanderie. La villa est proche de toutes les plus belles plages de Corse dont Palombaggia (a 20 min en voiture, sinon a 10 min pour la plage la plus proche). Apres la mer le matin, nous avons apprecie la piscine en fin d'apres midi, ses transats (au nombre de 8, jamais tous utilisés). Le gazon synthetique autour est agreable au pied et ajoute un peu de "vert" autour de la villa (car difficile d'avoir une pelouse verte en Corse au vu de la secheresse). Une bonne idée! Des notre arrivee, les proprietaires nous ont montre les sites principaux a visiter, aussi bien coté mer que coté montagne. Cela nous a servi de planning pour nos 2 semaines et franchement, il y a beaucoup de choses a faire autour de la villa sans faire des tonnes de km. Autre avantage: la villa est proche d'une grande ville (Porto Vecchio), ce qui est important pour les courses. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Famille Chartrain

Le gazon synthetique autour est agreable au pied et ajoute un peu de "vert" autour de la villa (car difficile d'avoir une pelouse verte en Corse au vu de la secheresse). Une bonne idée! Des notre arrivee, les proprietaires nous ont montre les sites principaux a visiter, aussi bien coté mer que coté montagne. Cela nous a servi de planning pour nos 2 semaines et franchement, il y a beaucoup de choses a faire autour de la villa sans faire des tonnes de km. Autre avantage: la villa est proche d'une grande ville (Porto Vecchio), ce qui est important pour les courses. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Famille Chartrain

super séjour en famille!

Super séjour chez Pierre et Muriel ! Une location propre, tout le nécessaire pour les vacances! Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et de très bons conseils pour les visites et dégustations... une tranquillité reposante de part sa localisation tout en étant proche des zones attractives de la Corse du Sud.
