This beautifully designed 80m2 2-bedroom duplex apartment in Porto is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking comfort and convenience.
The property is located on the ground floor.
Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave.
For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
And when you're ready for a dip, head to the shared swimming pool for a refreshing swim, and enjoy access to the shared garden for some peaceful relaxation.
The two bedrooms feature a queen bed adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for optimal comfort, along with a balcony that invites fresh air and provides a touch of outdoor relaxation. Please note that access to the bedrooms requires going up stairs.
