Under 100 a night, appreciated the no carpet. Dog friendly. The hotel is very old and smelly. It’s surrounded by homelessness and drug activities but the room was clean and it’s very close to moda center and the waterfront. I’d probably try another hotel next time. However if I was just looking for a one night sleep on the cheap id stay again.

It was clean and decent they even supplied make up remover wipes. Over all it was better than expected for the price I only stayed one night

It’s old, dirty carpet and a slightly unpleasant smell, but check in and check out people were very nice. Good for a one night stay. We didn’t expect a grand experience but for $139 a night, tax included, we did expect cleaner surroundings. Carpet heavily stained and couch was stained with what looked like human body fluids. Bathroom was tiny but fairly clean. Badly needs updated flooring and a thorough steam cleaning!
