The additional spaces, including 2 futons in the loft, 1 sofa bed in another living room, and 1 futon in the office den, provide ample room for relaxation. Gas fired fireplace, hi-speed internet, large flat screen 4K TV that can either play from your streaming accounts or free streaming options available. Coffee maker, washer, dryer, all appliances, smart thermostats and locks, and many more amenities! Enjoy the landscaped backyard with a cup of coffee in hand. 2 car parking on the driveway and ample parking on the street for free, garage is off limits and is used for owner's supplies. Beaverton home great for family stay

Very nice and spacious home with back yard space for kids to play. Plenty of sleeping space, multiple areas for family to hang out and visit. Host is very responsive and even provided details of local events. Close proximity to Costco, grocery store, and several places to eat.

Just as described, clean and comfortable

Very clean and minimal. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Myself and 5 girlfriends stayed for 1 night. We were very happy with the rental. The neighborhood feels safe. I especially appreciated how clean everything was. Would definitely stay again.
