Not much around the property in the way of dining out. That would not be Motel 6's problem though.

Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Cat litter all over in front of the main doors and trailing even into the elevator. Employee told us not that long before our stay there was a fire from someone cooking meth. Got to our room, crayon on the wall, tissue in the eye hole of the door, black splatter in the tub and door, definitely a poop or blood spot near the toilet, finerprints on everything, floor was sticky even in our socks, all vent covers were missing screws a mnd hanging on by a thread, one light switch was all beat up and stuck. No bed bugs thank god, but we looked. We were legit scared in this hotel and disgusted. We eneded up pusging furniture in front of the door to feel safer and get some rest before we had to leave at 5am for a flight. NO ONE SHOULD STAY HERE. It was cheap and scary.

I spent several weekends in the Portland area over the holidays, staying in a different hotel every weekend, and I found this property to be the cleanest, friendliest and most professionally managed of all of them, even though it was the least expensive. I will make it my first choice on future visits.

The price we were quoted on Travelocity was not the price when we went to check in. Even though we could show them the price in the reservation the clerk seem to have no way to make any adjustments. They just want to just pay the higher price. They eventually canceled the reservation and we had to pay more than we had agreed to for the first night. And then try to schedule another in the second night. That left us feeling very uneasy about staying there. We reserved another room and another hotel for the next day. Probably will not be returning to this property again.
