Guest Access:

Both spaces are included and each has its own exterior smart-lock entrance. Use the same reservation-specific code at both exterior keypads. The interior connection is sealed and is not a guest route, so guests move between the spaces outside.



The Neighborhood:

One of Portland’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, Alberta Arts is bursting with color, culture, and creativity. Murals line the streets, and nearly every block is home to an art gallery, boutique, coffee shop, or food destination.



Walk to Salt & Straw for inventive ice cream flavors, grab brunch at Tin Shed Garden Cafe, or enjoy local beers at Great Notion. On Last Thursdays of the month, the whole neighborhood turns into a lively open-air art walk with music, food, and local vendors. Alberta Park is just a few blocks away for green space and a relaxing stroll.

Getting Around:

There is no driveway or off-street parking. Use legal street parking, follow posted signs, and do not block gates, driveways, or marked no-parking areas. Check a current map for transit, bike, and rideshare options.



Other Things to Note:

The studio has no interior stairs. The upstairs home spans three levels; its only bathroom is on the third floor. The two spaces do not connect internally for guest use.
