Our very late check-in was greeted w/front desk associate announcing she had cancelled our prepaid 2-day room stay…because it was a 3rd party reservation, it was a whole ordeal. Initially, she was dismissive, on the verge of being rude. But after an hour worth of hassle, we finally got our room and she was able to “comp” the initial 1/2 day stay. Getting to bed at 5am was not how we wanted to begin our time there. Also, finding the previous guest’s leftover bar soap in the shower was GROSS. AND, during the entire check-in fiasco, we saw a sign on the anticipated pool that it was OPEN, but since their heater was broken, was likely to be too cold for our enjoyment. Later, we tested the even more looked forward to Hot Tub temp and discovered it would also not be relaxing. Disappointed for sure! The rest of the stay was unremarkable except for the wonderful conversation had w/the breakfast attendant on the first morning. The second day staffer was fine, just not as friendly.

The room was clean, quiet and the customer service was exemplary. However, the TV was not working. Hotel personnel came to try to fix the issue but it couldn’t be resolved. They did offer to change my room, but I opted to stay since it was very late and I had already unpacked. I would come back because of the customer service.

Nice breakfast buffet. Very nice staff. 2nd floor hallway reeked of Marijuana both days I was there, person above me must of been auditioning for Stomp, and kept their dog in bathroom when they would leave, and dog barked loud for hours. Fire alarm went off late one night, they addressed the malfunction. Interesting place.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. When the staff discovered we had a really early game, they offered to open breakfast early for us. So nice. Nice affordable hotel with friendl and accommodating staff.

We were very happy with our stay and would go again. Everything felt very clean and we were happy with the breakfast. You could see a little bit of its age in the pool area but overall it was a great place to stay at a great price. Everyone was very nice.

1. Our room had leftover food still in the fridge. We communicated that to front desk staff and she said “thanks for telling me.” It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well. 2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair. 3. The “hottub” was the size of a whirlpool tub that could fit maybe 3 adults. 4. I overheard another guest tell the staff that the pop machine did not dispense the correct beverage. She was told “sorry that’s a third party vendor and I can’t do anything about it.” 5. We could not figure out how to get the tv chsnnels to work and when asked we were told every room has a different input so try others. To her credit, she did offer to come up and help however it was late and was not worth the time any longer. We were very dissapointed in our stay and will not be staying again. I am shocked that it has an ‘8’ rating.

The king size bed was very uncomfortable. It dipped so badly in the middle it was very hard to sleep with two people. I could not sleep due to the uncomfortableness from trying not to fall in the middle next to my husband. The loudness and constant banging from doors and room across/ above us was beyond obnoxious at very early hours of the morning. Not my best experience.

Staff was extremely rude! On more than one occasion a front desk lady was yelling at the employees, guests, children etc. breakfast still had 30 minutes to go but refuses to refill any food We found empty water bottles, beer caps, trash under the chair and bed in our room. Pool heater was out.

We were there for a cornhole tournament so we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities but the staff were amazing. The rooms being attached to the convention center was a huge plus! Us being there in January it was nice to not have to leave the whole weekend.
