The room floor was dirty. There was only coffee for breakfast. The location was difficult to find and to get to. The desk clerk was courteous and as helpful as I could expect.

People work behind the desk are unprofessional and dirty. Especially the one with a lot make up are very rude and hardly worked every time we walked by. Just sit in the room and in the phone.

Loved the cleanliness of the room, but the beds are not very comfortable. The free breakfast buffet was great, very good selection. However, the pool was way too cold in our opinion. Overall, nice hotel for the value.

The first one room they gave me was ok.. besides the top comforter was stain(dirt) with what it look like was dog hair, alot.. Went back down and told them and I was given another room..I was satisfied.. bit over call the elevators was dirty... My first and last time I will stay there... Dissatisfied because I'm from Port Huron 😞

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay. We agree with you 100%! We should have a good compromise by summer this year with our signage. We've been challenged with the new road/highway system that changed our views, placement of signage became obsolete and essentially now tucked away. We hope the new sign on the building will improve some of this issue. The road signs along Pine Grove Ave and Hancock St, are what is allowed; small and unlit. So fingers crossed we light up the skyline with our new signage! Thanks again for sharing your feedback. We couldn't have done it without the help of our guests' input!
