Enjoy the space, peace and quiet at Aquavilla and around Plimmerton. A boutique studio with well appointed spaces to lounge, dine and sleep. Garden outlook, 30m to the beach, lots of walking circuits and an easy stroll to cafes, restaurants and shops.
An architecturally designed studio separate from the main house with private access. The studio looks out onto both the front garden and rear courtyard. Both areas are available to guests and set up for relaxation.
Facilities include flat screen TV, Chromecast, music and free WIFI with plenty of room to lounge, dine and slumber.
The kitchenette is complete with a selection of coffee and tea condiments, home made muesli, fresh bread and other condiments for breakfast.
A Weber BBQ is available in the rear Court yard.
Quality linen and pillows for a Queen bed. A comfortable Ecosa sofa bed is available for extra guests.
The luxury bathroom is complete with gas hot water shower, wash basin and WC. Towels are provided for bathroom and beach.

Great location
This is a great place to stay . Fairly small but with all the amenities you need. Just a half block to beach. You must know when booking, they do not accept credit cards for payment, only bank transfers. This caused a little confusion for me, being from overseas. Hosts are very accommodating

Plimmerton studio
Compact open plan studio annexed to main house. Ideal for couple, but with capacity for extras on pull out bed. Kitchen well stocked with basic supplies and utensils, and everything very clean. Lovely sheltered gardens areas shared with house. Tom is very helpful and attentive to any needs. Located 30 seconds walk from the beach and nearby cafes, and railway station is across the road (some train noise but I quickly got used to it). Overall, very pleasant and relaxing place and will certainly stay again.
