"I reserved a king suite so we would have the couch. When I checked in I went up to run 428 it did not have the couch it was not a suite it was a regular King room. I called the front desk she then gave me keys to room 438 as it said on the envelope. I went upstairs tried to open the door to 438 and the keys wouldn’t work so I had to go back down to the front desk. She then said sorry it’s 434 and redid the keys and gave them back to me. I went up to room 434 it was also not a King suite. I was done it shouldn’t take an hour to get in my room I just left it be."

"Very convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Clean and fairly quiet. The only complaint we had was our neighbor next to us had a dog that barked quite a bit. Overall, great place to stay and very clean."
