We stayed for 5 nights and had a really good time. We were a group of 9 young people. The pool and outdoor lounge area were fabulous, and the indoor area was great. We also found the rooms clean and very spacious. the shower water in the bathroom upstairs comes out of the shower very easily

This is an amazing Villa in a superb location with stunning views. We were a party of 10 people - 3 generations - and our 3rd stay in the property. The pool was fully utilised as was the table tennis. Everything we needed in the kitchen. At meal times we enjoyed the stunning view from the terrace. Great stay. Wonderful surroundings with a great view. Few minutes from Polenca. Villa is spacious with a nice pool that was appreciated by kids and adults. Nice booking service and communication throughout the stay. A bit of paint here and there could freshen up a little.

Villa is in a convenient location, a short drive to beaches restaurants and shops but also has the benefit of being in a quiet location. The villa is reasonably well equipped but the outstanding feature is the covered veranda and the exceptional view from it. Many a long lunch and evening meal were enjoyed on it as the the sun set behind the mountains. Bedrooms were spacious and the air con worked well.

Fabulous views, great sized pool, good sized garden and excellent outside space, well equipped kitchen. Very prompt response from both Owl and the owner on dealing with a couple of minor issues. Slight damp smell in downstairs bedroom. A lot of loose tiles in pool.

Lovely Villa - amazing views.

My only complaint is really that the aircon did not work upstairs really. You need more and same in kitchen - zero aircon. There are two double e suits and neither have a double bed which could be better. Furniture needs an update and it would be 5* all round

Gorgeous villa in an incredible location, some niggles

This is a gorgeous, spacious villa in the most beautiful location we could have hoped for. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 (five adults, two small children), and we absolutely loved the setting. The swimming pool was ideal, with both a shallow and a very deep end to keep everyone happy, and the children loved running around and playing in the large garden. We also particularly appreciated the covered outdoor dining area and used it every evening. We did have several niggles: one of the fridge/freezers wasn't working on arrival, the air conditioning unit was faulty and leaked through the ceiling, there was black mould around one of the air conditioning vents (potentially due to the previously mentioned leak), there was a very strong smell of damp in one of the bedrooms, and we had numerous problems with the faulty electric gate. Whilst all of this was far from ideal, Owl Villas were fantastic communicators, the owners arrived almost immediately upon each issue being reported, and all problems were either rectified quickly or attempted to be rectified quickly. Unfortunately the gate was an ongoing issue but not for the want of trying, an electrician was sent at least twice. We think this is a classic example of a holiday home that really requires someone to live in it for a couple of weeks and spot the issues that need fixing/maintaining. It is such a wonderful home in a really fantastic spot and it just needs a bit more love. Another example is the canopy beds by the swimming pool - these were perfect for resting on with the children, and I can see they previously had proper sunshades in older photos. However when we visited these had been replaced with cheaper mesh nets which didn't fully block the sun and created a dappled effect, meaning there was very little shade to be found near the pool area - something we could have done with in 36 degrees with toddlers. None of these issues ruined our holiday and we still had an incredible time and would highly recommend the villa, the area, and certainly Owl Villas who were fantastic. We would certainly consider booking again.

Die Finca war wirklich wunderschön und wir würden sie definitiv weiterempfehlen. Sehr sauber, genug Platz für so viele Gäste und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation und auch der Check-In verliefen ebenfalls völlig problemlos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Little Bit of Heaven

We were a family of 11 with 5 children,this included three generations. The accommodation was very well equipped. Plenty of towels, including pool towels. A welcome pack was well stocked with bread, milk, orange, coffee, wine etc. The pool man came every day to clean pool, he was very pleasant and informative. We had a small problem with air conditioning which was immediately sorted. The lady who oversaw everything was wonderful. She even bought us an amazing homemade cake. One of the children had earache, she sorted drops for us. Very caring. We ordered from local restaurant 'Manolos' who delivered to the villa. A good choice of food, paella, pizzas etc . They delivered on time hot large portions. Would recommend. All on all a wonderful experience . I would book through Owl again, they respond immediately to any questions you may have If you are undecided about this villa ,all I can say the views are magnificent and with a car you are not far from supermarkets and old town and Puerto Pollensa. I am being picky to leave a comment here but maybe if pool towels could be changed with the bedding etc. Also a couple if bedrooms could do with a mirror and more hangers.

Großzügiges Haus in toller Lage.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in dem großzügigen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder mochten den Pool sehr und haben ihn viel genutzt. Strände, Buchten und schöne Orte sind mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad leicht und rasch erreichbar. Die ruhige Lage und der Blick auf die Berge hatte guten Erholungswert, schöne Wanderungen waren mit kurzen Anfahrten zugänglich. Die Küche war okay, könnte aber etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

Großzügiges Anwesen in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und genügend Platz. Schöne große Rasenfläche für Kinder zum Spielen. Gepflegter Pool mit bequemen Liegen. Überdachter Bereich sehr groß. Bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist ebenfalls großzügig. Die Küche müsste renoviert werden, da einige Schubladen kaputt sind. Ebenso fehlt es an ein paar Geräten, wie z. B. scharfe Messer oder eine Teflon Pfanne. Im unteren großen Schlafzimmer bröckelt der Putz von der Wand und es riecht etwas modrig. Sehr positiv war, dass die Vermietungsagentur umgehend auf Nachrichten geantwortet hat und defekte Geräte sofort ausgetauscht hat.

We liked the villa and the pool very much. Just a few shortcomings - the joining instructions are wrong and send you down another route, not the 2202, it would be helpful to have access to a few cleaning materials and ant killer, as well as more dish washer tablets, and better instructions for the air con. Also nice would be some play equipment for younger children.

Ein sehr schönes, großes und geräumiges Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Gute und sehr ruhige Lage - bis Pollenca sind es ca. 4 km. Wir waren dort mit 3 Familien (11 Personen) und durch die größe des Hauses mit seinen 3 Bädern hatten wir keinerlei Einschränkungen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, so dass wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen konnten. Es ist empfehlenswert, die angegebenen GPS-Daten bei Anreise zu nutzen - insbesondere in den späten Abendstunden.

Großartig!

Sehr schönes Haus auf herrlichem Anwesen. Einsam und verlassen und ruhig, was für uns wichtig war. Taktisch gut gelegen zwischen Pollenca und Alcudia zur Erkundung des Nordwestens der Insel. Sehr aufmerksame Betreuung durch den Verwalter (Vielen Dank, Pep!).
