Simple
Location très bien située pour faire des visites. Location proche commerces et balade pour les chiens. La location était plutôt conforme à l'annonce. Dommage pour la propreté qui était limite à mon gout et dommage il n'y avait pas de petite télé comme sur la photo de l'annonce. Mais pour nous qui voyageons avec des chiens c'était très bien, c'est pas toujours évident surtout qu'on a un gros chien et un moyen donc merci pour la confiance accordée.

Tres bon séjour
Nous avons loué pendant 3 jours cette maison. Nous sommes tres satisfait de notre sejour. La maison se trouve à 15 min du centre ville de landerneau et à 20 min de Brest ce qui est très appréciable. L'hôte habite juste à côté et est très reactif. Le logement est propre et bien equipé.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, réactif et disponible. L'équipement pourrait être un peu plus performant et la wifi pourrait-être installée pour plus de confort. Un effort pourrait-être fait sur la propreté du logement.

Gite tres petit confort
Mauvaise impression en entrant. Odeur de renfermé. Sol nettoyé à la va va vite. Four oxydé, sale. Le reste des équipements plus que passable, égouttoir à nouille rouillé et mal nettoyé. Impression de saleté générale. Literie tachée et usée, ( le propriétaire doit les changer). Chasse d'eau très longue à remplir. Nous ne recommandons pas ! Abritel devrait contrôler ses locations.

Arrivée au logement facilement avec une douce attention du propriétaire. Tout été correct sauf pour le coup le ménage . J’ose imaginer que nous étions les premiers arrivé de l’année mais un coup dépoussiérage aurait été le bienvenu. Un Hamas de poussière s’entasser sur les assiettes, les verres et tout ce qui se trouvais dans le logement . La plaque de cuisson été également sale . Bon après une séance nettoyage, tout été très bien . Merci

Bien située
Maison pour 4 personnes bien située pour visiter Brest et le Finistère Nord. La communication et l arrivée se font facilement. Par contre, la pièce de vie est très humide . Attention pour les personnes allergiques aux moisissures et acariens. Équipements minimalistes mais prix en accord. Petite épicerie à côté très pratique.

Maison agréable et bien situé des visites.
Pour la partie touristes la Location est raisonnable ! nous y avons loué une semaine pour visiter les parti sud ouest , nord , nord ouest. Pour la maison nous n'y avons pas profiter grandement car nous partons le matin et nous revenons le soir. Petit détail : il faudrait un frigo avec congèle pour les produits frais. Sinon rien a redire c'était vraiment bien. Je recommande ce lieu.
