Private: property 700 m2, lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, parking (for 3 cars). Shop 800 m, supermarket 1.6 km, bakery, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Lannion" 3.5 km, sandy beach "Beg Léguer" 11 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis, children's playground 500 m, fishing possibilities 8 km. Nearby attractions: Ile de Bréhat 40 km, Les Sept-Iles 15 km. Hiking paths: GR34.
