Spacious, nice entrance, spacious rooms, nice breakfast with a variety of food and beverage choices for everyone. Nice restaurant with good food. Courteous and professional staff to greet you as well. This hotel is centrally located and minutes from Opry Mills shopping area and the Opry Gaylord Resort. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Nashville.

This hotel was awesome. Very clean and well kept. The staff was much more than friendly. They were helpful, and seemed like their mission was to take care of the guests.Parking was plentiful. They have a buffet and omlet bar for breakfast. The buffet was awesome. The omlet bar was good, but about the 2nd day there, the cook was burning the omelets because he was leaving the pans on the hot burners empty. Other than that, everything was great. We were on the 8th floor, which is a special floor where snacks and drinks are included. They come around in the early afternoon and replenish your snacks. Great experience. Will stay there again the next time we go to Nashville.

I would give a 5 star but I’ve been waiting for my refund on the incidental charge for over 12 BUSINESS days- hence why I waited To complete this review. I followed protocol when it didn’t return to my CREDIT card (not debit) and still nobody understands why. I do- it was processed as a charge not a hold. Despite this, everything was great. This is a little older facility but it was clean and we enjoyed it!
