"The front desk manager was amazing. Friendly, available, and knowledgable about local restaurants. The shower in our room was odd (we were warned), and the way it had been installed meant that there was no way to avoid getting the floor very wet if you showered. But Mary, our front desk maven, gave us extra towels to help with that. While we did hear the folks upstairs walking around, even though we were on the first floor and near the lobby, we couldn't hear the folks who were hanging out there once we got to our rooms. Despite it's proximity to a very busy street, the room was quiet."

They were incredibly kind, understanding, and patient while trying to assist me with rebooking options—even though it was my own error. Their professionalism and compassion truly stood out, and it's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. If the level of care I received at the front desk is any indication of how the rest of the hotel operates, then I’m sure staying here would be a wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to rebooking in the future and finally getting to enjoy a stay at what clearly is a well-run and customer-focused hotel. Thank you again to the amazing team!"
