The room could use some work, the ladies at check in were more concerned about their own conversation than checking me in. The whole hotel smelled like weed, and it was obvious that multiple people were living there. There were also people smoking in the laundry/weight room areas.

Went ro check in and were told they had canceled our booking the day before. We were told since it was not booked directly it was not their problem. The general manager was rude, abrasive and unprofessional and did nothing to assist. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that expects any sort of an acceptable stay. Avoid at all cost.

Easy check in and helpful staff were appreciated. We traveled 8 hours from Michigan to Indianapolis, Indiana and checked in at this hotel past 230am to get some sleep before heading to Tennessee the next morning. It was very upsetting that our sleep was interrupted as soon as the sun rises due to the sunlight coming through the window, pointing directly on to our beds 😞. A curtain on the window that block the sun would have resolved the issue but they don't have it. We checked out around 10:45am, restless. $128/night not worth it.
