Hotel and room was very clean and staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. I'm not crazy about paying for parking, but it's Pittsburgh, you pay to park literally everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great, room was clean but breakfast was gross. They had shredded pork, who eats pork for breakfast? And chicken sausage. The potato cakes were hard as a rock and cold. I grabbed an apple and it had 2 small rotten spots on it. It was so bad that I don’t even go down for breakfast the rest of the stay. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Overall, my stay was decent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and breakfast wasn’t too bad, though it could have offered a bit more variety. The biggest issues were the bed sheets being too small for the mattress—so the corners wouldn’t stay down—and the difficult parking situation, which made coming and going inconvenient.

Room was very spacious however disappointed in a few things. We had to ask for a new blanket because it was full of hair, the shower drain was not cleaned and full of hair, when we opened the pull out couch wrappers and popcorn fell out, the phone did not work,and we had to rearrange the hdmi cords for the tv to turn on. First time complaining about a Hilton owned property.
