The Courtyard Marriot is suppose to be a place that is as good or better than your home. No Maid Service which mean no clean towels, no coffee, ran out of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. The reason we book this hotel it advertise full breakfast. When checking in the man at the front desk said breakfast was from 6:30 to 11:00. Went to get breakfast and told there will be none. I will stick to Holiday Inn Express. We thought we were treating ourselves to 3 days of luxury but were very disappointed. On our last day a man kept knocking and opened our door while still in bed wanting to clean. They want to clean and get you out of there quick but checkout was twelve and he tried to clean 3 times starting at 9:00 am. Never again!!!

The Staff was amazing and very helpful in everyway. From questions at check in to an early morning Check out. Giving suggestions about goo Pizza around the area and getting me a smaller cup to heat up my cappuccino in the microwave before my early check out and the front desk person got me a smaller cup. Little things add up to mean a lot.
