Beautiful views and perfect location!

We had a girls trip, and I really appreciated that we each had our own bedroom with full bath attached to each bedroom. The location was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

We have stayed in many places and this is the cleanest and nicest place we have ever stayed. We will definitely be back to stay and next time longer hated to leave.

Perfect location!

We wanted the east side of town and this was perfect!!! A couple hundred feet off the parkway and close to everything we needed. Large three bedroom with plenty of bathrooms! Clean with easy rules to help you during your visit!!!

Birthday Weekend with Family

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There were 6 of us celebrating my birthday. We had plenty of room for sleeping and having family time. I would suggest adding a Keurig to the facility. I would love to use this property in the future.

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our own space and then living room and kitchen to be together. The location was great as we could access Teaster Lane across the road to bypass traffic on main road. Loved staying here and would recommend!

Overall good experience with few negatives

Overall it was great condo in very nice and convenient location. It was clean and ready. Except few minor things like missing/slightly broken blinds here n there. One main drawback is no proper elevator access. Could be better if they had elevators towards end of each building as well instead of just in middle. Also, one has to either go down or climb up one level to get to elevator. Biggest issue for someone with elderly and physically disabled people. Also, there is only one trash drop bin for entire property of 4/5 buildings and we had to drive with trash bags to drop as the bin was further from our condo. One more point to note is..the cleaning people arrived almost 30mins before actual checkout time while we were still in property, which was inconvenience. Communication with host was very bad. I tried to request for an hour or so extra time for checkout the day before actual checkout, but did not get any proper response at all. I just checked out at first schedule d tone only. Could have been better with prompt responses. Checkout process involved taking off sheets from bed, cleaning dishes and taking out trash by ourselves even though we were charged more than 150$ file cleaning while booking. Not sure why the cleaning people came then.

Kitchen too small and poorly equipped based on rental cost, paid about the same for a beachfront unit at Hilton Head with great kitchen furnished with Sub-Zero and JennAir appliances

Very clean

We had a great time. Condon was in a great location near everything and just a short drive to anywhere you wanted to go. Will stay here again when visiting the Smokies

Check in and out was easy. Unit was decorated beautifully. The furniture was the worse sitting furniture but still clean and in good condition. View from balcony of the mountains was gorgeous. Lazy river is a bit over rated. With temperatures in 90 s it was like very warm bath water. Pool was well maintained and refreshed with cooler water every day. We plan to stay here again.

At the bottom of the hill we were immediately in the middle of the action but as soon as we drove to the top of the hill, approximately 100 yards, it was quiet and serene. Bedrooms were large with private baths. The common area was comfortable and we stayed up every night visiting because it was so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked on a Wednesday night for Friday. On Thursday evening we had a sudden death in our family. We called that night, to try and move stay out a few days or week or month. We were told to call Friday morning to speak to a manager. So we did. We were told we could NOT,being reservations being that day. Forced to pay, whether we came or didn't. We didn't want to lose money, especially during a difficult time. One couple had to stay home to make arrangements, while other 2 went on up and made the best of the trip. And came back a day earlier to make it home for funeral. We have stayed many times with Whispering pines, so we were upset at the lack of sensitivity during this time. We even received an "oh well I see you were able to make it after all!" Apon arrival. This may very well be our last time staying with Whispering Pines.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at this location and won’t be the last. This unit is very clean and spacious for our family of 8. Everything was provided from the dishes to board games. The unit has been updated since the pictures on the website. The balcony has a Mountain View . The king size beds we’re very comfortable. I just do not recommend the sleeper sofa due to the thin mattress and bars underneath. There is an elevator that takes you to the 6th floor. We will definitely be returning in the future.
