Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great communication leading up to the stay. Too much room for two people. The beds were very comfortable, the loft bed especially. TVs are seriously outdated, they need to update to smart tvs that are larger for their guests and space provided.

The private pool was awesome and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening, especially after or 5 mile hike in the Smokies! Would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

Reviewer Comments: Was absolutely amazing only thing I had a issue with was we traveled all day to get to our cabin at 3 a hour before we was texted that our cabin wouldn't be ready until around 5, we spent 2 an half more hours waiting with 5 kids until 530 when it was finally ready other than that we had no trouble absolutely beautiful cabin.

The pool area was a plus as well as the game room. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. Check-in was a breeze, loved that you could go right to the property and they were very prompt in notifying you once it was available. Very pleasant experience, I would highly recommend staying at Elks Springs Rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I usually stay in Gatlinburg when I visit the area, however it was convenient to be just miles from the strip while still being peaceful. That cabin was awesome. The pool is small but fun for the kids. Overall everything was great. I do believe checkout should be extended to 11 or 12.

Reviewer Comments: we arrived @ 4:30 maintinance wass waiting to get in to work on pool door lock. waterfall did not work they could not fix it. so it did not work this was one of the selling points the pool was not heated. the cabin was nice also the upstairs bedroom had no table or chairs to set on. the pool was the big thing it was very disapointing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and clean cabin. Only complaint was the bed on the main floor was not very comfortable. The pool started messing up the day before we left, I called the office(very late in the evening), and she reported it to maintenance. They were going to come out the next morning to fix it and we were leaving. Very quick to respond to my call though. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this unit to family or friends. All amenities are within a few minutes drive. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait until next year to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin needs a little updating as far as the Kitchen supplies. The knives need replaced, only one wine glass and one margarita glass, and several of the drinking glasses are cracked (so drink Carefully). The pool was very small. You really couldn't swim because of the size.
