We have stayed in Mountain Cabins, Condos, and motel/hotels all over the area. We ALWAYS come back to Cherokee Lodge, It is simply the Best value and Best location we have found!! The rooms are always clean and well kept. The staff is outstanding!! And the access to everything you will want to do is perfect. You cannot ask for a better place to stay. This is our home away from home and it should be yours too. Enjoy your stay, I know we always do!

The staff was very kind. A special thank you to the manager Amy who went above and beyond to rescue us when our car broke down in a rainstorm in the middle of Pigeon Forge. We called the resort to ask for Uber information and Amy’s response was “I’ll be right there.” We were so grateful for her amazing kindness.

My one and only complaint is that the king size bed had sink-in holes on both sides with a firm middle. Nothing is more important than a comfortable night sleep. I recommend a replacement king mattress for the PERFECT stay. Everything else was great! Thank you!
