This is a really nice hotel and is very clean. They have outdoor pools with a lazy river and indoor pool/ water park area. I had originally thought I had booked the Margaritaville at the Islands, but I’m glad I landed at this one. We could still walk to the islands, but in my opinion, had a nicer facility.

The room was clean, property clean, food was amazing!! I do wish the inside pool was warmer. The only problem I had was the cafeteria worker was very rude on my 2nd night. Not to just my kids but other people there. As a black woman use to stereotypes it was sad to see another black woman be exactly how some people see us. I hope her day got better and she learns how to be slow to anger so she can gain understanding. Other than that I HAD AN AMAZING TIME! My boys and myself! We will visit again!!!

We had some maintenance issues with the room and ended up having to change rooms but the maintenance person was extremely responsive and friendly and took good care of us.
