Hi! Thank you so much — we really enjoyed our stay! What stood out the most for us was the incredibly friendly staff and how clean and modern everything felt. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the pool area had such a relaxing vibe. The food and drinks were great, the breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were absolutely outstanding — truly some of the best service we’ve experienced. Floor had dirty footprints from previous occupants when we arrived. 2 x downlights not working. Check in felt rushed with a lot of focus on charges for missing towels, mis use of room etc. Some info regarding hotel location to sights /activities would have been greatly appreciated. Everything about this place is perfect but the room needs some better noise protection from the street. We were up all night being woken up by the constant beeping of horns from the street. Even with ear plugs in it’s far too noisy!

Had an amazing time staying at M Hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was very nice and yummy. Pool and gym area were very clean. The room was clean and very nice to stay in and it had an amazing view! Lots of things to do in the area, walking distance to the night market and nice restaurants such as Sunset Beach Bar. The total bar and breakfast also have an amazing view of the ocean.
