Quiet Central Phoenix neighborhood with large trees and shade. Centrally located close to airport, downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, TPC, Cardinal stadium, Coyotes arena, and and all of the spring training baseball fields. Great location , wonderful restaurants, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Wireless internet.

Perfect neighborhood

Searching for a safe place in Phoenix is difficult when you aren’t familiar with the area. This home is in a cute safe neighborhood with a comfortable bed! Everything we needed for this trip. There are some shops within 10-15 min walk but a car is needed in this area.

Very cute and cozy

The Brick House is adorable and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to many restaurants and shopping. I choose the location to visit friends nearby and it worked out perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and the huge walk-in shower has great pressure. I didn't spend time in the courtyard, but its very lovely! Thanks, Jill! I look forward to my next visit.
