The reservation process was disorganized, and final confirmation was not received until five days before travel. Check-in was delayed, and the property was not ready at the scheduled time.The home was not properly cleaned and had multiple safety concerns, including exposed outlets, wall damage, and unsecured cords, making it unsuitable for children.An individual entered the property during our stay without prior notice. I know this because trash cans were taken to curb and items left outside were thrown away. Additionally, use of the hot tub resulted in our child developing hot tub folliculitis requiring medical treatment, including antibiotics.Overall, this property did not meet basic standards for cleanliness, safety, or communication.
