Clean suite for a great price, check in and out were a breeze. The only issue was the blinds in the master bedroom had broken slats that left the feeling people could see in and the street facing window in the second bedroom didn’t lock so we had to buy a dowel and a saw for peace of mind.

Was clean and spacious. Definitely needs new living room furniture, very cheap! Bedrooms had no hangers or draws. Housekeeping should do a quick maintenance check, for lights bulbs, closet doors, etc. Also, i think 1 set of towels per person is pretty cheap. Outside facilities were nice and area was good.

Comfy place to stay at.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with an easy access from the freeways. Property is fully equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. I just wish our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer. Highly recommend!

Extremely well kept surrounding apartment common areas, and unit itself is kept very clean. We were disappointed with the very uncomfortable living room furniture, noise from surrounding apartments, and small issues not seen in photos (mostly bathroom/bedroom doors sticking and closet doors not having tracks). Newly redone kitchen was very nice!

It was a great one night stay for work. I had trouble with the lock box and the host responded immediately helping me with my mistake. The only recommendation I would like to make is that the thermostat be set to cool before guests arrive. Temps in phoenix are over 100 degrees and it took several hours for the apartment to cool off.

Nice apartment, great stay!

Communication with the management (by email) was very timely! Everything was pretty straightforward. A couple of things to note were that the parking placard was NOT in the unit (at least I couldn't locate it). Also, the pool key didn't work on the first two pool gates we tried, but it did work on ONE of the pool gates, so we did get in after all. The unit is close to the street, so the traffic noise was noticeable in the bedrooms, probably especially because it was Saturday night. Overall, a great one-night stay!
