This was our second year renting this home for a guys' golf weekend. We love the space it provides with a large kitchen, dining room, game room, outdoor seating area, and pool. The Golden Tee and Pac-Man/Galaga arcade games are a great addition to the house and provide hours of fun. We had a couple of issues with the propane on the grill not being filled upon arrival, so we had to go refill it ourselves. The management company did provide us with a partial payment back.We also paid to heat the pool for our stay, but the pool was not heated. When we inquired about the heat, we were told the homeowner has to turn it on and off, and just informed them it was broken and not working. We were refunded the fee for the broken heater, but if we hadn't called, the homeowner would never have told the property management it wasn't working, and we would have been charged for something that didn't work. I wish the homeowner had been upfront with the property management company when we asked and paid to have the pool heater turned on for our stay. Otherwise, this is a great property and I would recommend it when staying in the Scottsdale/Kierland area.
