This was my 2nd time staying at this property. I came down to spend time training for a race I'm doing at the end of October. The property is in a greal location with easy access to the center of Fountain Hills for restaurants, grocery stores and 'the fountain'. It was quiet and comfortable . I hope to be back next year.

The location of this property is close to dining, city park, hiking trail, downtown area, festivals in downtown and park, and a fitness center. We were able to walk to many attractions. Pool area is nice. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space in the condo with all the amenities needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Relaxing time in Fountain Hills

Spent a relaxing 10 days in Fountain Hills. The condo was comfortable, simple and well furnished. The location was ideal with walking distance access to some very nice restaurants and the path around the fountain. Be sure to visit McDowell Mountain Regional park. Incredible trails and sights. I highly recommend this property. The property management was very responsive and very helpful.

Amazing Stay In Great Location! Ready to Go Back!

I had a WONDERFUL time at this absolutely lovely condo with ALL of the amenities that one would need. I have a friend who lives nearby who came and was also very impressed with the space. I can't wait to stay here again. The hosts were also very responsive, and I appreciated being able to check in early. The neighborhood and complex itself is very quiet and peaceful. It was nice to be able to do some online work and then enjoy myself. From making a protein smoothie in the morning, to lovely pool, everything was wonderful. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with me!

Perfect in every way!

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and quiet. The condo was very well appointed. The highlights for us were the linens and towels, Keurig coffee, easy-to-use tv, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable king bed. The location is ideal being so close to the Fountain and the main street area. We really enjoyed the walking path around the Fountain as well as the local hiking. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Condo was excellent. I have two suggestions. Toilet page was terribly thin need better tp. Needed a few repairs most importantly the master bathroom sink and faucet on the right are very loose.

The stay was incredible! Very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath with easy access to all popular entertainment in Fountain Hills. The rental was incredibly clean and management was easy to work with! Reserved parking was close to the rental unit. Be aware that there are stairs due to being on the second floor. The rental overlooks the pool and hot tub. Very close to Desert Canyon, Sun Ridge Canyon, Eagle Mountain, and We-Ko-Pa golf courses.

Fabulous Condo in Fountain Hills

This condo exceeded every expectation. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything was in tip top condition. It was extremely well appointed. We flew in for the weekend so we were limited in what we could bring with us. There was everything from paper towels to laundry pods, shampoo to suntan lotion and everything in between. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The living room was set up perfectly for relaxing by the giant TV or playing games that were provided. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And the balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of the mountains. We had a terrific time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. This is truly a gem!
