This spacious house is situated in one of Phoenix's most vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy the many local restaurants, shops, and eateries in the area while retreating back to quietness & relaxation with golf course views as a serene backdrop, viewable from both bedrooms and the backyard.

This house features open floor plans seamlessly connecting living room into the kitchen. The living room boasted an impressive 85-inch TV with apple TV set up, accompanied by a cozy recliner, perfect for indulging in leisurely reading sessions. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek, modern appliances and ample counter space, inviting you to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a leisurely breakfast before hitting the links.

This thoughtfully designed home offers two spacious primary bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet for comfort and privacy. One bedroom features a green boxwood accent wall with a queen-size bed, while the other showcases a modern slat wall design paired with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with 55-inch TVs with Apple TV for easy streaming.

A dedicated office space includes an electric sit-stand desk and a comfortable leather chair, making it ideal for remote work. Just steps away, the side patio offers a peaceful outdoor spot to work, relax, or enjoy a good book.

Our newly renovated backyard offers endless outdoor fun, featuring a 3-hole mini-golf course, a cornhole setup, and two seating areas. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee while taking in the beautiful golf course view. In the evenings, you can fire up the grill and engage in friendly outdoor games for some lively competition.

Right next to the property, you can find gated pool and hot-tub, available year-round from 5:00am until midnight. The gated pool and hot tub area is community shared space, however, it is never busy. The pool is not heated.

You also have access to one car garage. In the garage, you can find the washer & dryer, as well as a level 2 EV charger at 32Amp that should add 20-25 miles of range per hour over night.

Very nice house that was nice and clean!! That's all Iask for. The TV sound was a little funky, but we got through it. If you need a nice house in a quiet neighborhood, i recommend this one. It's close to alot of amenities (stores, restaurants). 1/2 mile off of I-10.

We had an awesome stay in this beautiful home. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We had fun playing cornhole, 3 hole mini golf and foosball. It is centrally located, nice neighborhood, easy to get to and tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. The host is the best! Great communication and very attentive. We would rent again!!!

Bonus Garage!

We rented this cute house while moving our son to college. The house was conveniently located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with close freeway access. The host was very attentive and readily available. The house was clean and met all of our needs. The garage was especially nice, since our vehicle was packed! We even took advantage of the pool and hot tub! We would definitely rent again!

LPGA golf trip

Location is great to get on and off two major highways through Phoenix. Very nice layout, comfortable living room with a large TV well placed. Nice breakfast bar in the kitchen. Bedrooms are nice sized with very nice ajoining bathrooms. Overall great place for the money!
