We are 16 miles from the airport, Soccer, events, shopping: 5.4 miles from State Farm Stadium, West Gate Entertainment and Tanger Outlets. We love to host spring training: 14km from Goodyear baseball stadium. 7. 2 miles from Camelback Ranch. 3. 3 miles from the American Sports Center. Nascar fans are welcome: 13.3 miles from ISM Raceway.

We are excited to host you in our three bedroom and two bathroom home.

We have accommodated the small three bedroom house for families and business travelers. The house has three bedrooms with 1 queen bed each. The living room has a queen size sofa bed; This is the fourth bed of the house. The house has two full bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the other in the hallway. There are local markets that are within walking distance of our house, as well as a church.

Excellent Home in a quiet suburb of Phoenix
This property was great for our stay in the Phoenix area. It’s located in a quiet and clean neighborhood and it’s location provided easy access to the metropolitan area as well as highways to other parts of Arizona. Eloy, the property owner was great to deal with and checked in multiple times to assure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would rent this house again for my next trip to Phoenix

Great home . Clean the only thing is if u don’t like super soft beds this home is not for you but I found them comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet NO BARKING DOGS was a nice change from other places we have stayed at

Great Property
The property itself was great. The owner was extremely accommodating and had fantastic communication. He messaged me several times to make sure that everything was fine. The house was well stocked. The only surprise was that there was no dishwasher but that was on the listing and I missed it. The neighborhood was a bit concerning when I arrived on the property but it turned out to be a quiet neighborhood and we had no problems at all. Again, the owner was great! Thanks

Great house
Wonderful house to stay in! Close to Phoenix and all the things we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants close to the house as well. I really appreciated the washer and dryer as we were able to pack less for our trip. Owners were very responsive. Only complaint is the beds were queen and not long as listed which made sleeping a little cramped. Overall and wonderful stay!

Great Spot Close to Spring Training
This house was clean and just as listed. It was easy to find and was perfect for our weekend stay. It was about 20 min from Camelback Ranch and the main street just the next block over was cute and had a festival going on the weekend we were there. Would definitely book again!

Cozy Tolleson Home
We rented this home to stay close to my Dad’s house for the holiday. We usually stay with him when we visit from out of town but our usual dog boarding place wouldn't take our senior dog anymore because she needs special attention and my Dad has pets of his own so we couldn’t bring ours there. It was such a convenient location, only 5 minutes away from him. The house is so cute and cozy yet very spacious with everything you could ever need. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. Being walking distance from our favorite Pete’s Fish and Chips was also a nice treat :)

Clean Home. Close proximity to Stadium.
This house was close in proximity to the stadium and an easy uber ride to and from. The inside of the home was clean and comfortable. We did not have any issues.
