OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS:
* House sleeps 8 guests. Any additional guest is $35 per personal per night. (This includes if they are just staying for the day use and not sleeping at the property)

*POOL HEAT is available for $40 per night. Guest must let us know 3 days prior of check in that heated pool is requested.

NOTE: (If outside temperature falls below 55 degrees we cannot guarantee the pool will hold its 80 degree temperature)


• Pool is professionally cleaned every Thursday, even if you are staying at the property. But only takes 20 minutes and is done early in the morning to not disturb guests.
• No lifeguards will be on duty, all guest swim at their own risk.

• Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

Pool DISCLAIMER:
• All guest use that pool at their own risk. Owners of the property are not responsible for any injuries
• Risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool by yourself or others, or the unavailability of emergency medical care. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool is at their own risk. Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool and/or spa.
• GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL .
3. Guest(s) agree to release from liability, and not hold owners responsible for any costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool or anything on property.

FIREPIT AND BBQ DISCLAIMER:
• GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS AROUND FIRE-PIT AND BBQ. Owners can not be held responsible for any one getting burned or sustaining any kind of injury from fire-pit or BBQ.
