Do not trust the photos listed on this property. There is no front desk attendant, no ice machine, no clean towels (only two are provided & mist wash them ourselves) the outlets were loose and wouldn’t hold a charger, tv in our room did not work, couch & wall had sketchy stains. Zero amenities at this place. Hot tub was closed & pool needed maintenance.

The room was spacious and cozy on first appearance however, the windows were very thin and my room faced the main road and I heard every car that went by like they were driving through my room. The light over the vanity was on a motion sensor and every time I rolled over in bed the lights came on. Rooms were in terrible condition with a cracked tub, food/debris in air conditioning vents, stained furniture, many cracked, broken, & chipped items in rooms. Couldn’t sleep and didn’t use sinks or showers. Waited for staff to arrive so that we could check out after sending pictures with complaints and now fighting for refund for the charge for the time we did not stay there. Would not recommend. We were very uncomfortable there!

Hotels.com needs to provide a refund and should remove this place from their site!

The door struggled to close and could be pushed open a lot. There were no extra towels available when needed. The AC worked well the wifi was good the fridge worked well. Not a hotel experience by any means and not a bad experience either. I would say the amenities are there although it doesn’t feel the same way it appeared when advertised. Very friendly maintenance staff, front desk was confusing— highly recommend having someone to man the desk in more of a hotel fashion or be more specific as to what the property has to offer. Thank you for having us, it was not what we expected.

I have never been more disgusted in my life by the condition of the room I was given and then given a replacement room that had roaches actively running around in different areas! And then to be completely dismissed by the girl at the front desk, this hotel should be shut down they are not providing clean and habitable lodging. It’s so wrong!

My family and I had a terrible experience. There were live roaches, standing dirty and moldy water inside the dishwasher, and broken glass on the floor. The mattress had multiple stains, and the bedsheets were clearly not cleaned. There were crumbs throughout the unit, including underneath the sofa and bed, along with leftover food and debris. The photos were extremely deceiving. I would not recommend this place to anyone—it was absolutely disgusting.

The room was disgusting I asked to switch rooms the night I got there and was not able to be done I went downstairs there is no one at the front when I finally saw the lady in the office she was rude and disrespectful I will NEVER come here ever again I had to sleep full clothed and with a shirt over my pillow due to the nastiness of that room the room smelled terrible a whole bunch of drug addicts walking around and I was terrified!!!! The smell was something I could not get over I didn’t even stay my full trip because of how bad this “hotel” was would not recommend I felt like I was in a half way house!!!! Definitely a waste of money!!!!!!!!!! I could’ve went somewhere way better than here ! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Also they don’t give you any new towels I was told I had to WASH MY OWN TOWELS!!!!!!
